Once the order was placed, the communication was top notch. You were able to keep us up to date on the status of our order and made sure we had everything we would need. We chose to do a parent install and all of the supply lists, to do lists and other documents were so helpful. We were never nervous to do the build because you had everything covered.
Your crew of Colin and Creighton was not only professional and friendly but the passion they had towards our project was amazing. It was like they were building the playground for their own children. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have completed two supervised installations now with Swing Time Distributors
and would build another park with them in a heartbeat. All I had to do was bring
together volunteers and some tools and the job just about did itself. Though
things may come up (delivery times, scheduling difficulties, permits and the rest)
they are always there for you. I completely trust they have my back to overcome
whatever inconvenience may be thrown our way.
The last project I did through them, the site supervisor Colin, went well over and
above the call of duty: not only did he complete the site preparation as planned,
but saw a window of time that he could get started on some of the installation.
Once we got there, we were able to complete the project in half the time
originally planned.
The team at Swing Time are always available to guide you through the process
and an incredibly wonderful community oriented family who stand behind an
excellent product, providing the best service anyone could ask for.
If ever I had the opportunity to give them a reference, I would in a heartbeat.

First of all, I would like to start off by saying thank you. Tammy, your customer service from beginning to end was above expectations. You were definitely the reason we decided to purchase our equipment through Swingtime.

Our Parent Advisory Council had been fundraising for a new playground over a number of years. In the Fall of 2011, we realized we were finally close (in terms of having the necessary funds) to purchasing one. I started out, what I thought would be a daunting task, by calling a few Playground Equipment companies. Blue Imp was one of those companies I called and they referred me to you, Swingtime, which is their distributor. Luckily for me, Tammy was the one to answer the phone. Being new to this process I had many questions. Tammy answered them all. She was never forceful and she often encouraged us to get information from other companies. But, I always came back to Swingtime. Not only did the service exceed my expectations, I also liked the equipment that they distributed. Once we decided to purchase our playground the process was quick, smooth and efficient. Tammy and her staff took care of everything.

Now that our playground has been installed for a few months I can say, without a doubt, that we made the right choice. The boys and girls love the playground, the quality is amazing and Tammy has followed up to make sure we are happy.

If, and when I go through this process again, I would not hesitate to call Swingtime. Again, thank you for making this daunting process easy and fun!

On September 18, 2011 the Bastion Elementary School Parent Advisory Council completed the installation of a new playground. The process to build the playground began in October 2010 when it was indicated that the older wooden playgrounds on the school property would be removed within a two year time period.

The Bastion Elementary School Parent Advisory Council chose to work with Tammy Rule of Swing Time Distributors. As a council, we could not be happier with the results of the whole process. Tammy was very easy to work with. All e-mails and telephone calls were responded to immediately. Questions were answered and changes made to orders always in a friendly and professional manner.
